Mike's family has asked that memorial contributions be directed to Shelby Triumph Soccer Academy in lieu of flowers.

Through his children's participation in the LouCity Shelby soccer program, Mike and his family became part of a community that believes every child should have the opportunity to play. Donations made in Mike's memory will help develop local soccer facilities and provide financial assistance to families who need help accessing the game.
